The FNO tech is the technical representative of the FNO.
The super admin creates the user and associates them with an FNO.
The primary function of this role is to update technical related data in areas.
The FNO tech can view and edit the area map page data and can transition the area from construction to available.
The user can also view the ISP page in order to see which ISP's are associated with the various areas in order to provide the correct technical assistance if required.
The user can view the marketing companies page and the lead page but cannot edit any data.
